CUTTING FLUIDS

This series consists of Synthetic, Semi Synthetic, General Purpose metal working fluids which are used for machining & grinding applications for ferrous as well as nonferrous materials. These speciality products provide excellent performance for precision components with good bath life and corrosion resistance.

STAMPING FLUIDS

This series consists of evaporating products for aluminium, steel, and copper-fin stamping. It is available for all collar heights in evaporator and condenser manufacturing. Stamping lubricants are used for hairpin bending, and tube widening operations. The series also includes evaporative products for sheet-stamping applications in electric industries.

RUST PREVENTIVE OILS

This series consists of a variety of multi-functional, petroleum-based, rust-preventive oils that are formulated to meet the requirements of steel, automotive, and fabricated metal manufacturers.

FORGING LUBRICANTS

Chembond Material Technologies offers forging lubricants for hot, warm, and precision forging processes. These products are designed to perform under extreme temperatures and pressure. In addition, we offer synthetic and hybrid products specifically formulated to replace products that are fully graphitic, while providing the lubrication and protection to tooling on even the toughest forge.

FORGING LUBRICANTS

Chembond’s high-performance, water-based, synthetic forming lubricants are free from mineral oils, chlorine, and sulfur; this improves welding integrity, and compatibility with pre-treatment chemicals. Drawing Lubricants are a highly cost-effective technology.

COLD FORMING LUBRICANTS

Cold-forming Lubricants can be of two types: reactive and non-reactive. Reactive lubricants react with the phosphate coating to form a lubrication layer, which helps reduce metal-to-metal contact during the drawing process. Non-reactive lubricants are carried with the help of the phosphate coating, which becomes a barrier between metals during the drawing process. Both of these lubricant types result in improved tool life.
